Cauldron saponification
Our soap is made in cauldrons following the traditional Marseille method, a craft passed down through generations at our soap factory since 1856. This process guarantees an extra pure soap with a minimum of 72% vegetable oils and delivers all its renowned skin benefits.
A natural and hypoallergenic soap
Formulated exclusively with vegetable oils, its composition has no added preservatives, colorants, fragrances, or animal fats.
Biodegradable and non-polluting, it is environmentally friendly.
The older the soap gets, the more concentrated and effective it becomes. This longevity makes it an eco-friendly alternative to chemical cleaning and hygiene products.
This product is sold at Zara Home packaged as follows: 500g of flakes in a kraft paper doypack.
Hand washing: Dissolve 50ml of the prepared flake detergent in 5L of water.
Machine washing: Use 75ml of flake detergent for 5kg of laundry. Double the dose for heavily soiled laundry. Apply directly to stains before washing. For optimal use, descale your machine regularly by pouring a glass of white vinegar into the fabric softener compartment.
Over time, and depending on its exposure to light and humidity, soap may change color and lose volume, but it retains all its effectiveness.
